Strengthening the competitiveness of ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o. through investment in assets

ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o. is implementing investments aimed at increasing production capacities, automating business processes, integrating machinery efficiently into the production cycle, digitizing business operations, and optimizing the company’s spatial capacities.

The project is funded under the Call “Strengthening the Competitiveness of Companies Through Investments in Digital and Green Transition”.

Objectives and Expected Results of the Project

The general objective of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in domestic and international markets and to support a green, digital, and resilient recovery of the economy through job creation, development of new competencies, and increased revenues in the manufacturing industry.

The specific goal (purpose) of the project is to expand the overall capacities of ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o. by investing in digitalization and resource efficiency for further growth and strengthening in domestic and international markets.

Total project value: 1,081,220.12 EUR

Eligible costs: 649,759.75 EUR

Investment in ICT Solutions for the Company Elektro-Cecić d.o.o.

Operational Programme: Competitiveness and Cohesion

Project Summary

The project contributes to enhancing the market position, competitiveness, and operational efficiency of ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o. through the use of information and communication technology. Given the crucial need for further company development, the project involves the procurement of electrical design software for preparing electrical schematics and project documentation, along with accompanying training. It also includes design software with training for basic, advanced, and expert usage, operating systems, and 3D engineering software for control cabinets and switching systems. Additional IT equipment is also necessary for project execution.

Objectives and Expected Results of the Project

By acquiring the planned software and equipment, the company’s overall operations will become more efficient and cost-effective, as projects will be prepared in-house. This will strengthen competitiveness and facilitate access to new clients and markets, making the proposed project crucial for overall business success, acquisition of new contracts, and market expansion.

The following business processes will be improved through project implementation:

  4. Marketing
  5. Human resources management
  6. Finance and accounting
  7. Strategic planning
  8. Risk management
  9. Logistics

The implementation of information and communication technologies will optimize business processes by integrating them into the company’s internal system, providing better insight into business operations, contracted projects, and projected revenue for all employees involved.

This will also significantly improve interaction with clients and suppliers.
