In 2003, the sole proprietorship ELEKTRO-CECIĆ was established by Tomislav Cecić at Saljska 28, Zagreb, employing a team of five. The primary activity of the company was performing electrical installation works in the construction sector.
Initial projects included smaller assignments such as the renovation of Hotel Neptun in Rabac, refurbishment of the church and Parish Office in Remetinec, as well as the construction of small residential buildings and family homes in Zagreb.
With the acquisition of larger and technically more demanding projects—such as the construction of residential and commercial buildings S1, S2, and S3 on Hruševečka Street in Zagreb—in 2007 the conditions were set for founding the company ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o., located at Jagnjeđe 28 in Zagreb.
Founder Tomislav Cecić, as the responsible person and managing director, hired 10 skilled electricians specializing in high and low voltage electrical installations, as well as lightning protection systems. The company was established with a share capital of HRK 20,000.00 and closed its first year with a turnover of approximately HRK 5,000,000.00.
Since February 2014, ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o. has been operating at Zagrebačka cesta 132a, where it owns fully equipped office space and an electrical workshop for the production of distribution cabinets.
In the business year 2015, the company recorded a turnover of HRK 26,700,000.00, employed 40 people, and increased its share capital to HRK 1,600,000.00.
With continuous growth and increasing business volume, ELEKTRO-CECIĆ d.o.o. today employs qualified personnel with secondary, higher, and university-level education in electrical engineering.
